About “time dilation” in the “universe” of Einstein and its reflection in the real world

In the work of Einstein “On the electrodynamics of moving bodies” it was stated that time slows down in a moving frame of reference. The formula for this deceleration was derived:
As if scientists have already discovered several emissions of “black holes” moving at a speed of 99% of the speed of light. How much time is “slowed down” according to Einstein in these emissions.
According to Einstein’s formula, to find out the difference between time in a moving system and a system taken for a stationary one, time in a system taken for a stationary one must be multiplied by the root of the expression (unit minus the speed of the moving system squared, divided by the speed of light squared). Let’s not find fault with the stupidity of the very idea of ​​multiplying speed by speed, extracting the root from the unknown what the numbers mean in the real world.
We just substitute the data that we have into Einstein’s formula and solve his formula:
We have the speed of the moving system = 300000 – 3000 = 297000. This speed squared = 88209000000.8209000000 divided by 90000000000 = 0.98. (1 – 0.98) = 0.02 Square root of 0.02 = 0.14. For 1 second of our time, 0.14 seconds will pass for emissions, that is, emissions in 1 second will lag behind us in time by 0.86 seconds. The surge cannot send signals from the past to the present. But after all, this ejection is observed in the galaxy, where time usually passes. That is, one must understand that there is no time dilation in the ejection. And this also means that there is no fourth Einstein dimension. This also confirms the observation of “black holes”, which, in the presence of the fourth dimension, would remain in the past and could not be observed, and even more so somehow influence by their gravity on objects located in the present time.
